SUMMER TENNIS
CAMP

Donn has been instructing tennis for the past 10 years.
He is currently the Tennis coach at Eno Valley Swim and
Tennis Club. Donn is also the League Director of our Jr.
USA Team Tennis and also heads up our summer tennis camp
programs at Garret Road Park.
The Camp will focus on conditioning, strategy, mental toughness,
match preparation and doubles tactics while having fun.
Extensive drilling to promote foot and racket speed, hand/eye
coordination and reflex time will also be incorporated
All participants are encouraged to work towards playing
High School tennis and are introduced to quality tennis
programs and tennis professionals that can help them get
ready for High School level competition. Our camp is designed
to foster a positive early exposure to tennis introducing
the most movement skills involved in tennis
All campers must provide their own tennis racquet and wear
a comfortable pair of tennis shoes. Children will enjoy
learning the game of tennis while participating in a number
of drills and tennis-related activities.
Campers are grouped according to their ability, whether
beginner, intermediate, advanced, or tournament level. Camp
will be a wonderful opportunity to learn tennis.
Join Coach Donn Aikins and his staff for a week of tennis

of the summer sessions at Garrett Park. Have fun, make new
friends and find practice partners. It doesn’t matter
if you’re a beginner or you have previously taken
lessons, we can help you improve your game and begin to
reach your tennis goals.

Deadline to register: July 29th
** All entries must be received by registration deadline
(5:00pm). You may drop entries off at our office (400 Cleveland
St.) between 8:00am – 5:00pm. No refunds will be given
on Fridays prior to each session.
