AREA DIRECTOR NAMED

Congratulations! Anna Mercer-McLean of Durham was named Area 4 Director of the North Carolina Tennis Association (NCTA) Board of Directors. Area 4 includes Durham, Granville, Orange and Person Counties. As area director, Anna will be working with local Community Tennis Associations (CTAs) and area special events to promote tennis in the community; and will serve as a liaison between NCTA, CTA’s and the tennis community.

Long range plans are to establish an Area Advisory Council for Area 4. The Council will include CTA representatives, parks and recreations, schools, special interests, pro’s and
