I wanted to pass the word about our junior team tennis league. It’s a great league for ages 10-18. It will stay open through March 7 (at midnight). They can register a teams at http://tennislink.usta.com/teamtennis/ or juniors can go to this link and register themselves individually and we will find them a team.

There is a Recreational Coaches Workshop this spring. They are very helpful. This is a great way to get some parents to attend and they can become team coaches for this league. So spread the word. The information is below. We are having an informational meeting again this year for people to learn more about the league (see below). If you have new juniors interested in the league, you can send them this blurb. I have also attached a flyer you can email them and hang up where ever there are tennis players.

Junior Tennis League
Season: March - May
Age Range: 10-18
City Cost: $15.00

This is a co-ed league that plays doubles and single matches and is for youth between the ages of 10 and 18. Participants will play one match a week. Practice will be held at least once a week at a time that will be set by the coach. The teams are comprised of players of similar age and skill in intermediate to advanced levels.
